WFW: Praise from the Sea

The ocean is amazing to me. Have you ever thought about how recently humans have explored its depths? For thousands of years, the beautiful sea creatures, especially those along the oceans floors, were seen by NO ONE - except God. And even they sing His praises.

Praise the Lord from the earth, you great sea creatures and all the ocean depths (Psalm 148:7).

If God calls on animals we may never see to praise Him, how can we not do so?

  6. More proof that God created the Earth and all that is in it--for how else did scripture "know", years before we explored its deep waters, that there were many sea creatures "in the depths" of the ocean?! God is always confirming His creation to us! I love this verse!

  8. I love to ponder that. God and His deep-sea creatures enjoying one another before man knew anything about the latter.

Thanks for this beautiful thought this morning.

  9. Very pretty work.
All of God's creation is amazing. Scripture ways there is none without excuse because we all can see His creation. It is interesting to think about the creation of the sea creatures.. but they are all for our benefit.
    PRaise Him.
