My teen gets migraines. The dr. prescribed a med that didn't work and we started using Migraine Excedrin (it's all about the caffeine) and sending him to school with a Diet Mt. Dew. Then we found out about zinc - and now he takes a zinc supplement. The migraines are now manageable and he can make it through an entire day at school and go to sports practice!
